I have been training with Kelly for about ten months or so now. My main aim was to lose weight. I considered myself to be quite fit as a former runner but since moving to Wales I'd gained weight and have struggled with losing it. I have health issues that have complicated matters but Kelly has helped me to regain my fitness level not just by her expert personal training but also by her in depth knowledge of nutrition. When I started training with Kelly I had high blood pressure which has now returned to the normal range. I have lost the majority of the weight I'd put on, just a little to go until I reach my target weight. 🙂 I would recommend her to anyone who needs a helping hand to lose weight or simply get fit.
