HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 – Free Consultation

 

Before starting we will book a free one hour consultation, either over the phone or in person, where we will get an opportunity to talk about your goals, lifestyle habits and your diet. I will prescribe the best direction for you to progress and achieve your goals in a package that is suitable for you.

Step 2 – Health Assessment & Fitness Testing

 

Before you can start a training and nutritional plan that's actually going to be effective, we will carry out a number of tests to establish your current state of health and fitness. How you train and what you eat is different for everyone, and we need to determine your current level of fitness in all areas, as well as your nutritional habits in order to prescribe the best bespoke nutritional and exercise programme for you. Here’s what we will aim to find out initially:

 

  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Resting Blood Pressure

  • Height/Weight

  • Body Composition (Body fat/Skeletal muscle/Water)

  • BMI

  • Core strength

  • Cardiorespiratory fitness

  • Muscular Strength

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Flexibility

  • Posture Assessment

 

With this information collated I will devise the best realistic, achievable health and fitness programme for you. Your programme will be adapted and modified as you progress and improve to maximise your training results to hit your goals, combined with ongoing nutritional support.
